The Green Mountain Derby Dames won their bout on April 10th against Maine! Wow, that was a total surprise. The word on the street going into the bout was that Maine was going to kill Vermont. Guess again ... the Derby Dames went out with awesome blocks, green walls, and the Jammers were solid too! GREAT BOUT ... if you missed it ... boo on you! GO GMDD. Can't wait for the next bout! Pictures to come soon!

- Larry and Andy Gordon have been devoted Green Mountain Derby Dame Fans since the dame's first bout "The Ice Breaker," back in Feb of 2009. As Larry walks the sidelines, capturing bout and post bout moments on his digital camera, Andy pounds away on his drum, always trying to get lounder roars from the crowd. When they are not taking pictures, or beating on a drum, Larry and Andy can be found either with their family on the sidelines, or at their favorite stop, the beer garden. Go Green Mountain Derby Dames!

Larry and Andy Gordon are slightly biased. Two Green Mountain Derby Dames, Annie and Tofu, are close friends. Actually, Annie is a really close friend for over a decade, and Tofu is Andy's wife. We love all the Derby Dames though. Go GMMD!
